BluffUp Terms of Use

By using BluffUp (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for private, non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy as described in the Community Guidelines.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of text you submit during play (including answers, statements, and similar content across Bluff Answers, Number Guess, Truth or Lie, and Undercover modes). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the game and moderate the service.

Moderation

We may filter, remove, or restrict content and suspend access for violations. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours where practicable.

Purchases, Premium, and AI Credits

The app offers optional in-app purchases. Premium unlocks the premium game modes, removes the full-screen ads shown between games, raises the player limit, and includes a one-off grant of AI Credits.

AI Credits are a virtual item used to generate custom questions — one credit generates one question. You can obtain credits by buying a bundle, as part of Premium, or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Rewarded grants are verified with our server before credits are added.

• Credits are a limited licence to use a feature of the app. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold.
• Credits are tied to the account that earned or bought them. Because accounts are anonymous by default, losing access to your device may mean losing unspent credits — see the in-app restore options.
• Generating a question spends a credit. Rewriting a generated question is free the first time; further rewrites of the same question spend a credit.
• We may change bundle sizes, prices, and what a credit generates in future. Changes are not retroactive: credits already in your balance stay usable.
• Unused credits may be forfeited if we terminate your access for a breach of these terms, or if the service is discontinued.

All purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Prices, taxes, and currency are shown in the App Store before you confirm. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the App Store terms — request one through Apple Support; we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. If a purchase does not appear, use the restore option in the app and contact us if it still does not resolve.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. What ads collect, and your consent choices, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for conduct of other players beyond our reasonable moderation efforts.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
